Bill has 28 years of practical Real Estate Experience in Colorado and Virginia, and to assure that he provides the best service to his clients, he has earned certificates from extensive courses in the Real Estate field including brokerage, finance, mortgage origination, appraisal license, ethics, contracts, agency, management and landlord/tenant and fair housing laws.

In addition, he has achieved the National Association of Realtors designation, Graduate, Realtor Institute, (GRI), whose designees have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate, is recognized nationally, acts with professionalism and is committed to serving his clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.

He has been a member of the Real Estate Syndications and Securities Institute (RESSI) and has achieved the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System number 229148 (NMLS). Bill feels that the Real Estate trends in the past few years have necessitated his further education and has achieved the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation to aid people who are having trouble with their mortgages. This course of study is designed to demonstrate to property owners the best way to achieve a short sale and stave off foreclosure actions. It is a process of completing proper packages of information for Sellers to be presented to their Lenders to make the short sale process run quickly and achieve a sale with no deficiency judgment (HAFA), avoid foreclosure and allow for faster Credit rebuilding, which gets the Seller into another home as soon as possible. Bill has received the designation, Broker Price Opinion, Resource (BPOR), a National Association of Realtors designation, required to register with all National Asset Managers. These managers assign for sale listings on properties that have been foreclosed. With this affiliation, he is able to receive assignments, and evaluate properties to sell to homeowners. Many purchasers are investors who would like to take advantage of the record low mortgage rates, high numbers of foreclosures and purchase these properties to create a portfolio of properties with positive cash flow . Bill also provides management services for these properties.
